This is a true Tirchocereus Pachanoi. LER stands for Legendary Ethnobotanical Resources, a now defunct Ethnobotanical supplier from back in the day. This is a beautiful and fat pachanoi that has relatively small spines that are sometimes reddish at the tips. This is known to flower very readily.Trichocereus pachanoi, or Echinopsis pachanoi (as it has technically been renamed to) is native to the Andes region of Peru. It has been used in the Andes region for veterinary uses as well as a shamanic medicine for over 3,000 years. It is often confused with Trichocereus peruvianus
